Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 cups finely sliced boneless, skinless chicken breast2 medium apples, sliced1/2 cup quartered red grapes3/4 cup quartered green grapes1/2 cup celery1 cup craisins16 oz Oikos plain greek yogurt1/2 cup toasted sliced almondsAdd parsley flakes, seasoning salt and black pepper to taste.
Directions
Cook chicken and let cool. Chop finely. Add and mix all ingredients together.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 8 1 cup servings.
