Santa Fe Chicken Corn Chowder

Ingredients
2 - 3 chicken breast1 medium onion1 medium green pepper1 can chicken broth1 tsp thyme1/4 tsp salt2 medium potatoes2 cups frozen corn3 TBSP flour 1 1/2 cups milk
Directions
pan fry in cooking spray the chicken, green pepper and onion. Add to large pot, chicken mix, chicken broth plus equal amount of water, thyme and salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Dissolve flour into milk, stir into soup. Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbling.
Serves 8 - 1 cup servings
