Scrambled tofu

Ingredients
1 pkg firm tofu scrambled1 medium onion chopped1 small tomato chopped2-3 green chillies chopped1-2 tbsp cilantro chopped1 tsp turmeric powder1 tbsp cayenne pepper powder1 tsp cumin seeds
Directions
Chop onions, tomato, green chillies & cilantro. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds. When cumin starts pop, add turmeric, green chillies and onion. Saute till onions are transparent. Add tomatoes, cayenne pepper, salt and scrambled tofu. cook for a about 5 min.

Eat by itself or with toast or chapati.
