Ingredients
Put the following through a juicer: 1 cucumber (w/ skin if organic), 2 medium stalks of celery, 3 Romaine leaves, 1/2 cup kale, 1/2 cup collard greens, 1 medium apple. Yum. Notes: I often substitute a pear for the apple, and I sometimes add a small piece of ginger and/or a squeeze of lemon.
