Manhattan Clam Chowder

Ingredients
Thyme, fresh, 1 tspCarrots, raw, 85g ( 1 med)Celery, raw, 190g 2 stalksGarlic, 2 clove Onions, raw, 190 1 largeGreen Peppers 85 gram (half small pepper)Red Potato, 250gWater, tap, 400Bacon grease, 1 tbsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Hunts Petite Diced Tomato, 1.75 cup (1 can)Clam Juice - 8 oz bottleCrushed Red Pepper, 0.25 tsp clam from frozen, 120 gram
Directions
Fry chopped veggies in bacon fat. Add salt, pepper, thyme, garlic and cook until fragrant. Add water, tomatoes, clams, worcestershire sauce and simmer for 15 minutes until veggies are tender and flavors mix.
