Ingredients
1.5 cups - Bok Choy - raw shreaded .75 cup - onions raw.5 cup - Bamboo shoots.5 cup - water chestnuts3 oz - Chicken breast (no skin)2 oz - Shrimp1 oz - flank steak4 cups - Chicken brothSalt, pepper and garlic to taste
Directions
Bring broth to boil.
Add thinly sliced chicken and flank steak, onion
Add salt, pepper and garlic
Bring to simmer (10 min)
Add shreaded bok choy, bamboo shoots, waterchestnuts
Simmer 10 min

Add noodles for a change
