Sweet Potato Curry Soup

Ingredients
10 oz Sweet Potato2 cups Vegetable Broth1/2 Cup Milk or coconut milk.2-3 tsp Curry PowderOptional: 1 cup Roasted Chestnuts.Plain yogurtChives.
Directions
Steam Sweet potato until tender. (5-7 mins if frozen).
Add to Blender with 1 cup broth and milk, puree.
Add chest nuts, blend.
Add mixture and remaining ingredients to med sauce pan, bring to a boil.
turn down heat and simmer 15-mins.

Garnish with plain yogurt dollop and chopped fresh chives.
