Gingerbread Bars

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour 3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup flax meal1 T. Baking powder1 t. chopped crystalized ginger1 t. cinnamon1 t. ginger1 1/4 cup buttermilk (low-fat)1/2 cup blackstrap molasses1/3 cup canola oil2 omega-3 eggs1 T. powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. spray 9 x 13 inch pan with spray oil. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Mix until smooth. Add to dry ingredients. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 22-25 minutes. Cut into 16 bars.
