High Fiber Wheat Bread

Ingredients
4 cups whole wheat flour2 cups white bread flour1 cup rye flour1/2 cup old-fashioned oats1/2 cup soya flour1/4 cup sunflower seeds1 T sugar2 tsp. salt1 1/2 T yeast or 1 packet1 T vegetable oilAround 2 1/3 - 2/3 lukewarm water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add liquid. Knead until non-sticky. Let rise with towel over it for about 45 minutes to an hour - about doubled in size. Make into 2 loaves and put into greased bread pans and let rise again another 45 minutes.
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.

Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves of bread - about 16 slices per loaf
