Ingredients
# Cabbage, fresh, 8 cup, chopped # Ground beef, lean, 8 oz , browned and drained# *Brown Rice, long grain, 2.6 cup, cooked in water until soft# *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 0.6 cup (large cans)# Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed # Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped # Yellow Mustard, 4 tsp # *Worcestershire Sauce, 1 serving# Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Lemon pepper, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Stir ingredients into crock pot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Serve hot. Can add cheese to top.
