Ingredients
EVOOCarrots, choppedCelery, choppedOnion, choppedCabbage, choppedZucchini, chopped,Bell Pepper, chopped, Garlic, mincedCut Green BeansDry Onion Soup MixDiced Fire Roasted TomatoesTomato JuiceVegetable or Chicken Stock
Directions
Chop all vegetables. Saute carrots, celery, onion and cabbage in evoo for 5 minutes. Add everything else to the pot and let simmer about 20 minutes until everything is tender but still firm with a little crunch.
