Ingredients
Leftover gilled chicken breastlarge package of frozen stir-fry vegetablesbroth (water and chicken stock) with galanga grated and fresh lemon grass1 packet Tom Kha paste1 can Lite coconut milk
Directions
boil broth and grated galanga/lemongrass
add frozen veggies and Tom Kha paste
add leftover chicken just to heat through
add cocunut milk and green curry paste to taste

Serving Size: a big pot makes 10 1.5 cup servings of soup
