Cottage Cheese loaf

Ingredients
Cottage Cheese, non fat, 2 cups Pecans, 1 cup, chopped Kellogg's Special K Cereal, 1 cup crushedSeitenbacher vegetable broth mix, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 3/4th cup, finely chopped Poultry seasoning, 1 tsp 5 Egg whites
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour into casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees covered with tin foil for 1/2 hour and another 1/2 hour uncovered. (1 hour total)
Can serve with brown gravy.
