Ingredients
Eggs, *whole 2Ham, breakfast x-lean 1.5 oz.Mushrooms 2 TbspOnion 1 TbspGreen Pepper 2 Tbsp*1 whole egg and 2 egg whites can be substituted
Directions
Chop or dice (your preference) your ham, mushrooms, onion, and green pepper. Saute onion and green pepper in PAM until onion is translucent. Add your mushrooms and ham and saute for 2 minutes. Add your beaten eggs to the pans and cook until eggs are the consistency you like.
