Ingredients
Bown Rice, long grain, 1 cupBeans, black, .75 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 small whole (2-2/5" dia)Zucchini, .25 cup, slicedSummer Squash, .25 cup, sliced Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 4 tbspAvocados, California (Haas), .25 fruit without skin and seedsCafe Yumm Sauce, 3 tbsp
Directions
Make rice, heat up black beans, and saute veggies. When those are ready, serve in a bowl topped with salsa, Yumm sauce, tomatoes, and avocado. Eat.
