1 cup flour1 cup water3 whole eggs1 pinch salt
Preheat the oven 450F, spray a muffin pan with oil(Pam) and place in oven while it heats.
In a bowl crack 3 eggs, add salt, water and flour. With an electric whisk, mix lightly.
Carefully take muffin pan from oven, fill each muffin space with equal amounts of yorkshire pudding mixture
Cook for 10-15 mins, or until tops are golden.
