Tofu Veggie Burgers

Ingredients
3 ounces extra firm tofu (patted dry)1/4 cup water chestnuts (drained)1/4 cup bean sprouts1/4 cup chopped carrot1/4 cup diced zucchini1 Tbsp Ground Cumin (or to taste)1/4-1/2 cup Quaker Quick oats (use to bind ingredients)1/4-1/2 cup Whole Wheat bread crumbs (use to bind ingredients)Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender (just be careful to not puree them or they'll fall apart when you cook them). You may need to coat the outside of the patties with bread crumbs before cooking as well. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and cook patties for 5-6 minutes on each side.
