Oatmeal Butterscotch Chip Cookies

Ingredients
Flour, all-purpose, 1.5 cup Baking Soda, 1 1/4 tsp Salt, 1 tspButter, unsalted, 1 cup Brown Sugar, 3/4 cup, packed Granulated Sugar, 3/4 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Hot Water, 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Whole Grain Rolled Oats, 2 cupsMini Butterscotch Chips, 2 Cups
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Mix together flour, salt and baking soda. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugars, then add eggs, beating well after each addition. Stir in hot water and vanilla, then add flour mixture. Add oats followed by mini chips. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes.
