Complex Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies **Low Fat

Ingredients
1 cup I Cant Believe its Not Butter 1 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla ¾ cup brown sugar¾ cup white sugar ¼ cup Water 1 teaspoon Baking soda 2-3/4 cups Quake oatmeal ½ cup Vanilla Whey Protein2 cups Chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to and bake at 375°
Combine dark brown sugar, sugar, butter, and vanilla until creamy.
Add water and whey and mix until smooth.
In separate bowl combine baking soda and flour together and add to mixture of sugar, butter, etc. Stir in chips.
Drop spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9-13 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes, then remove from pan and place on wire rack to continue cooling.
