Easy Black Bean and Pork taco filling

Ingredients

8oz Pork cut into bite size pieces1/4C Water2 med onions diced1 large pepper cut into bite size pieces1/2 can of Corn.5 Tbsp Cayenne pepper2 tbsp Chili seasoning
Start cutting pork tenderloin into bite size pieces and cook in pan with non cook spray.
Once cooked toss into bean mixture
Meanwhile:
1)Rinse the black beans and put into pot, Turn on low
2) Add 1/4C of water, The chili and cayenne seasonings
3)Dice onions and peppers and toss in
4)Add 1/4-1/2C of corn
Let simmer until onions and peppers have softened
Serving Size: Makes 8-10 Tacos, 4-6 1c servings of chili
