Black Bean, Corn, and Pepper Salad

Ingredients
Salad:1 cup Corn, frozen1/4 (about 75g) of a Large Red Onion, sliced thin2 (about 300g) Large Bell Peppers, sliced medium1 can (15.5oz) Black Beans, rinsed1 can (14.5oz) Diced Tomatoes, rinsed1/2 tsp Salt1 tsp PepperDressing:1/3 cup Olive Oil1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar1 tsp Garlic Tabasco
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and toss with dressing. Refrigerate 1 hour and drain excess liquid. Serve chilled.

Refrigerating is optional.
