Garlic Tomato Hummus

Ingredients
1 (15.5 ounce) can garbanzo beans2 tablespoons roasted sesame tahini (typically found by the peanut butter)3 tablespoons water2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice1 to 2 cloves garlic (use one if large)1 tablespoon good quality tomato paste from a tube1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon onion powder1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Rinse garbanzo beans until the foam is gone; strain well. Place beans into a food processor bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and puree until smooth, scraping the bowl as needed.
