Spicy Turkey Keilbasa soup

Ingredients
1/2 lb. reduced fat smoked turkey kielbasa, sliced and each slice cut into fourths1 medium onion, chopped1 celery rib with leaves, thinly sliced4 garlic cloves, minced2 cans (14 1/2 oz) reduced sodium and fat free chicken/vegetable broth1 can (14/12 oz) fire roasted tomatoes or can of diced tomatoes1 small zucchini, sliced1 medium carrot, shredded1 T dried parsley flakes1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes1/4 t. pepper
Directions
Cook kielbasa in a non-stick pot over medium heat until lightly browned. Add onion, bell
pepper, celery, and garlic; cook an additional five minutes. Stir in chicken broth, tomatoes,
zucchini, carrot, parsley, red pepper flakes, and pepper; cover and cook on a low simmer for one
hour, stirring occasionally. Add chopped green onions as garnish.
