Delicious Cheese, Ham and Pepper Omlette

Ingredients
2 Large Eggs: beaten1/4 Cup of grated cheddar cheese1/2 Yellow bell pepper: finely chopped1/4 Cup of ham: Diced0.1 Cup of onions: finely chopped1 tsp of Olive oil
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the peppers for around three minutes

Add the onions to the frying pan with the peppers, cook them for a minute more

Then add the beaten eggs to the frying pan, cook on medium heat

Add the ham and cheese to the centre of the cooking omlette, then put under the grill to melt the cheese more

Serve!
