Sweet and Sour Coleslaw

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds4 Tbsp. sliced almonds1 apple, diced without peeling1 lb. package coleslaw mix1/2 cup chopped onion1 cup Craisins!/2 cup Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise)1/2 cup Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat2 Tbsp cider vinegar2 Tbsp. Splenda
Directions
Toast sunflower seeds and almonds in a dry skillet until golden brown and fragrant. Set aside to cool. Meanwhile toss together in a large bowl the coleslaw mix, chopped apple, onion, and Craisins. Blend lowfat mayo, cottage cheese, vinegar, and Splenda in a blender until the curd is minimized. Stir into cabbage mix. Add seeds and nuts and stir again. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
