Greek Yogurt "Cheesecake"

1 C Graham Cracker Crumbs3 Tbsp Earth Balance Light Buttery Spread (Melted)2 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1 17.6 oz container of Fage 2%2/3 C Sugar2 Large Eggs2 tsp Vanilla1 Tbsp Lemon juice1/4 tsp salt
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix Graham Cracker Crumbs, Earth Balance and Splenda Brown Sugar Blend together and press in the bottom of a Spring Form Pan.
Mix all remaining ingredients together with a wisk until all lumps are gone, pour over crust and bake in preheated oven for 25 - 30 minutes. Pie should be set but will still appear a little "jiggly" in center.
Let cool, remove outer part of spring form pan and slice into 8 equal slices. Refridgerate until cool and serve. Top with fruit if you like.
