Thai Basil Watermelon Tea

4 C Boiled Water1 C or a Large handful of Fresh Thai Basil2 C Freshly Balled Watermelon4 Tbsp Watermelon Juice Stevia Sweetener to taste if desiredIce Cubes
Boil fresh spring water and remove from heat.
Coarsly chop a heaping cup full of fresh Thai Basil and put it into a teapot. Pour very hot but not boiling water over the herbs, cover and let it steep for 6-8 minutes.
You can use immedieately, herbs and all or you can strain the tea and pour it into a pitcher. Chill until ready to use.
When ready to use, add watermelon juice and stir. Taste, Add more juice and a natural sweetener like Stevia to taste if desired. Mix well.
Fill a tall glass with ice and fresh balls of watermelon. Add tea and garnish the edge of the glass with a small wedge of watermelon.
Chill some of the steeped tea and freeze some into ice cubes ahead of time.
Serving Size: Makes 6 8oz servings
