My best meatloaf

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef1 egg1/2 cup oatmeal1 pkg french onion soup mix1/2 cup ketchup1/2 cup brown sugar2 tsp white vinegar1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
Directions
Mix together ground beef, egg, oatmeal and french onion soup mix. Put into loaf pan. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and worcestershire sauce together. Pour over meatloaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove meatloaf from pan and cut into 8 slices.

Serving Size: makes 8 - 2 cm slices
