Jim's Favorite Snickerdoodle Cookie

Butter, salted, .5 cup *Shortening, Crisco, 8 tbsp Egg, fresh, 2 large Cream Of Tartar, 1.5 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp *Flour, white, 2.75 cup
Blend butter, shorteningm sugar and eggs until creamy. Add cream of tartar baking soda and salt. Add flour and mix well. Chill overnight - or cool in fridge for 2 hours.
Roll into balls (1 - 1 1/2 inches) and roll in blended sugar/cinnamon.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 36 cookies.
