Patseys Tuna Salad

Ingredients
4-5 cans chunk white tuna in water, drained1/2 cup mayo (to taste)1 medium onion, grated1 (8oz) jar dill pickle relish, drained (scoop out w/ a fork and toss the remaining juice)6 large hard-boiled eggs, largely chopped
Directions
Stir tuna, relish, grated onion, and mayo together, then gently "fold" in eggs. Serve on bread as a sandwich, or eat with crackers.
