Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 c Basmati Rice1 pouch onion soup mix1 tbsp canola oil1 tbsp Bragg's2 c water
Directions
Combine rice, soup mix, oil, water and Bragg's(not added to ingredients, not part of nutritional info) in a casserole dish, mix to incorporate and cover. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 40 - 45 minutes, until rice is fully cooked.
Let cool and fluff up before serving.

**can add canned mushrooms or water chestnuts as well**
