Wine Cake or Sherry Cake

Ingredients
Cake, yellow, dry mix, pudding-type, 1 package (18.50 oz) Egg, fresh, 4 large Sherry, dry, 6 fl. oz Canola Oil, .75 cup Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Glaze*Confectioner's Sugar, 1 cup Sherry, dry, 2 fl. oz
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and beat for 3 minutes. Prepare tube style pan with shortening and flour. Scrape the batter into the pan, it will be thick, Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
Remove from pan after 15 minutes and finish cooling.
Make glaze with confectioners sugar and sherry. Adjust sherry as needed.
