Crunchy Tuna Salad

Ingredients
Mix together1 cup chopped celery1/2 fresh red pepper, chopped2 oz. Bumblebee Albacore Tuna in Water2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley1 tsp. capersDressing:In small food processor place:1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese1 tsp. balsamic vinegar1 tsp. extra virgin olive oildash each: thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper2 T. fat free milk
Directions
Stir together salad ingredients.
Process dressing until smooth.
Pour dressing over salad and stir well.
Eat and enjoy!
