Oats, .25 cup **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp *Simply Jif Peanut Butter, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp .5 cup water
Directions
Combine oats, flax, and water. Microwave for 1 min or more depending on microwave strength. Add peanut butter and honey.
