1 pound extra lean ground beef1 can Hunts seasoned diced tomato sauce for chili1 can of your favorite brand of pinto beans or chili beans
Brown the beef in large teflon coated frying pan on med heat until no longer pink inside.
Drain the fat off and rinse in colander.
Return beef to frying pan. Add the seasoned tomato sauce and pinto or chili beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered. 10 min.
Serve over lettuce with tostito chips and whatever else you like to add to the dish. I add fresh tomatoes and hot sauce!
