Ingredients
Directions
*Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice, whole can*Chicken Breast, no skin, 200 grams (approx. 2 medium breasts)*Apples, fresh, 2 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb)*Sour Cream regular, 8 tbsp*Curry powder, 3 tbsp
Put chicken breasts into a pot, bring to boil, reduce heat to medium and boil chicken nearly 15 minutes. It should be all white inside. Take the breasts out of water and leave to cool off.
Choose sweet apples. Peal skin from apples, cut them into 8 pieces, each piece cut into apprx. 5-6 pieces.
Open canned pineapples, drain juice and add pineapple chunks to the apples.
Cut chicken breasts into 1/2" cubic, add to fruits.
Use regular sour cream, don't use reduced fat, as the salad will be too watery. Sour cream should just cover every piece, don't put too much.
Curry powder should be spicy (hot). You may find it out through ingredients, which have to have something like paprika, coriander, etc. Add curry powder and mix everything.
Better served when cold.
Serving Size: make apprx. 10 1-cup servings
