Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran, and Whole Wheat Pita (1)Mozzarella cheeseTomato (sliced)Onion (5 rings)Fresh basil (3 leaves)Tomato paste (2 TBSP)
Put the pita in the oven for a few minutes to crisp. When crisp, spread the tomato paste over the entire surface. Arrange the tomato, basil and onion generously over the pita and sauce. Top with cheese and italian seasonings (optional). Put pizza back in the oven and bake until cheese is browned.
