Ingredients
2 3/4 lbs Pork Loin Roast1/2 c Dark brown sugar1/2 c warchestershire sauce1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp powdered ginger1 tsp salt1 tsp dry chili powder1 tsp garlic powder2Tb dried minced onionAnother 1/2 c dark brown sugar1 can red enchilada sauce
Directions
mix all ingredients in crock pot, cook for about 4 hours on high. shred the pork. Combine 1 can red enchilada sauce and 1/2 cup dark brown sugar and pour on top.
