Ingredients
Butter, salted, 25 grams (remove)*Potato - White 1 medium (150g), 450 gram(s) (remove)*Clove of Garlic, 4 serving (remove)*Shallot, 2 tbsp (remove)*Lemon Juice, 0.25 cup (remove)Tarragon, ground, 1.5 tbsp (remove)White Wine, 250 mL (remove)*Powdered Chicken Stock, 1 serving (remove)*President's Choice Prepared Dijon Mustard, 1.5 tsp (remove)Chicken MaRYLAND - 8 SKIN REMOVED BONE IN
Directions
brown marylands in butter. remove to baking dish - dice potatoes into 2cm pieces add to butter in pan and toss to brown - sprinkle over chicken
chop challots sprinkle over chicken add 4 whole cloves of garlic - sprinkle with tarragon flakes
cover and bake in 200*C oven for 30 min
remove to serving dish
add wine, 1 cup stock and dijon to pan leavings and reduce to make a sauce
