Ingredients
Hollandaise Sauce, Micorwave, enough for 2 eggs, 1 serving English Muffin, Oroweat Extra Crisp, 1 serving Hormel Canadian Style Bacon, 1 serving Unsalted Organic Butter - Central Market, .25 tbsp Poached Egg, 2 large Paprika, .25 tsp

Poach eggs for 5 minutes, so that whites are set but yolk is still very runny.

Make Hollandaise sauce.

Heat Canadian Bacon.

Lightly toast English Muffin. Cover minimally with unsalted butter.

Place half English muffin on place. Cover with Canadian Bacon. Place poached egg on top of Candian Bacon. Cover with Hollandaise Sauce. Sprinkle pinch of Paprika over top.
