Gordon Ramsay's Broccoli Soup

1 Head fresh broccoli, cut into florets. 4 Cups water1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp black pepper
-Wash broccoli, cut into florets.
-Boil 4 cups of lightly salted water in a large pot.
-Once the water boils, drop in the broccoli florets, cover, and cook for about 7 minutes, or until they can be easily punctured.
-Transfer the broccoli into a blender with a slotted spoon, SAVE THE WATER! It acts as a broccoli stock.
-Pour in the broccoli water until it is about half way up the broccoli in the blender.
-Put the top on the blender, hold the top with an oven mitt, just in case it acts up. Pulse the broccoli and water a few times, then puree for five seconds. The soup will be a beautiful green.
Once served, top with a small drizzle of olive oil, if desired.
