If you are making for more than one person use 2-4 banna's.
You add all ingredients together as you would when making pancakes, Mix them together and fry it on a heated skillet. Set the fire on low with 1/4 of the pan with oil. place some of the batter in the skillet then turn up the fire to medium/high. continue routine for rest of flitters. The flitter is ready when it is medium/dark brown. It usually takes about 3 minutes on each side until it is ready make sure it is firm and not soft. use a large plate to place the flitters because they will have oil. place a piece of paper towel over the plate so the grease will soak into paper instead of staying in the flitteer itself.
