Black Bean and Pork Soup

Ingredients
Directions
2 Lbs of carrots1 lb dried black beans (rehydrated)4 bell peppers (roasted)pulled pork6 ears sweet corn (take corn off the cob)8 tbsp sweet baby rays bbq saucewaterchicken bullion
Puree carrots, and to pot.
Cut up roasted bell peppers, add to pot.
Add rehydrated beans.
Add pulled pork.
Cut corn off the cob, add to pot.
Add enough water with some chicken bullion (or use chicken broth) to cover the contents.
Add bbq sauce.
Stir and heat through
Serving Size: Divide into 8 servings
