Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

Ingredients
1 pound boneless top round steak2 cups beef broth1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips1 medium onion, cut into strips2 tablespoons soy sauce1 cup brown rice
Directions
Discard all visible fat from meat. Cut into thin strips. Mix meat, broth, peppers, onion, soy sauce in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Add rice.
