Nutritious Breakfast Bars

1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds1 Tbs Flaxseeds1 Tbs Sesame Seeds1 Cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch1/3 Cup Dried Apricots, chopped1/3 Cup Crasins, Chopped1/4 Cup Honey1/4 Cup Smooth Style Peanut Butter1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Spray 8" square pan with cooking spray
3. Spread oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for about 6 minutes. Stir contents and bake for about 6 minutes more.
4. Remove from oven. Transfer to a large bowl and add cereal, apricots and crasins.
5. In a small pan, combine peanut butter, honey, Cinnamon and vanilla. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it starts to bubble.
6. Immediately pour over the seed mixture and mix together thoroughly.
7. Transfer to the 8" pan and press down firmly.
8. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
9. Cut into 8 bars.
