Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 2 8" loaf pans. Mix squash, sucralose, oil, vanilla & eggs in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, folding in DRAINED cranberries last. Bake 8-inch loaves 45-50 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minues in pans on wire rack. Loosen sides of loaves from pans, remove & place loaves on wire rack. Cool completely before slicing.
