Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1/2 cup frozen corn1/2 cup frozen peas1/2 cup chopped onion2 tbsp. flour1 cup water3 cups mashed potatoes1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine beef and onion; scrambly fry in a pan until brown. Add corn and peas and cook until corn and peas are thawed. Sitr in flour and water. Stir until boiling and thickened. Spread in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 25 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Makes 1 10-inch pie and cuts into 10 slices.
