Ingredients
1-24oz can USDA Commodities Program Beef w/juices1-14.5oz can diced tomatoes, Chili Style1-15oz can Light Red Kidney Beans (any kidney bean will do)1-medium onion, diced big or little size6 oz Whole Wheat Rotini (any pasta will do)
Directions
Combine Beef, Tomatoes, and Pasta; Spice with (no salt!-the salt is in the cans already!) Cumin to taste (add Cumin slowly until it tastes right); scant cayenne or to taste for a hot bite; scant cocoa powder; scant instant coffee; garlic powder; scant nutmeg; heat and simmer until pasta is almost done; only then add canned beans.
