No Guilt Breakfast pizza

Ingredients
1 Fat Free Soft Taco Tortilla1 wedge of Laughing cow light cheese1 small ripe tomatoe sliced 1/8 cup of diced onions1/8 cup diced bell pepper1/2 Cup egg substitute1 slice of bacon 1 light string cheese
Directions
heat 2 skillets, one that will fit your tortilla flat and one to cook the eggs.
Dice up the bacon and render off the fat, then drain it on a paper towel.
After you bacon is done clean out the pan and wipe out the bacon greese, then lightly cook your peppers and onions just to soften them up.
After you peppers are done remove them and cook your egg substitute.
While the other ingredients are cooking, spray other pan with cooking spray and toast one side of your tortialla.
After one side of your tortilla is done to your likeness pull it out of the pan and spread Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge on the uncooked side, then layer with tomatoes, eggs, bacon, peppers and onions.
Take your Cheese stick and slice it legnth wise and lay it acroos the pizza.
Spary tortilla pan with cooking spray and place pizza in the pan and Cover with either a lid or foil. Cook until the bottom is lightly browned and the cheese is melted.
*If bottom browns before cheese in melted, pop the pizza in the microwave for 10 - 20 seconds.
