Ingredients
Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, shredded Cauliflower, frozen, 3 cup (1" pieces)Kale, 4 cup, chopped Beet greens, fresh, 2 cups choppedOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Crushed Tomatoes, 28oz. Spinach, frozen, 0.5 package (5oz) Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) Red Wine vinegar, 1/2 cup
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 40 minutes.
Add more water if desired.

Serving Size: Makes 14 servings, approx 1 cup.
